Boston Zoo’s Newborn Baby Goat Is Too Cute To Handle
Get ready for a cuteness overload.
Meet Chewbacca, the newest kid on the block at Boston’s Franklin Park Zoo.
The adorable Nigerian dwarf goat was born to parents Leia and Lucky early Tuesday morning.
She weighed just 4 pounds, but was soon standing by herself and nursing. She’ll live with her parents in the Franklin Farm section.
Zoo CEO John Lineman said in a press release that he was “thrilled” at the news of the birth.
The highly adaptable herbivorous goats have been domesticated for dairy production and can be found all over the world, in a range of climates.
They are noted for their easy-going nature and wide range of color patterns.
