Exhibition on “father of Chinese rocketry” opens in U.S.

An exhibition, themed on the life of China’s late space scientist Qian Xuesen, who is considered “Father of Chinese Rocketry,” was staged in California Institute of Technology (Caltech) on Friday.

Qian, who died in 2009 at the age of 98, was born in China and has studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Caltech in the United States.
